The Jaguar XF was brought to the Jaguar line up in 2008 and was built to replace the old S-Type body style. The standard engine in the XF delivers 385 horsepower from a 5.0 liter V-8. What's New
The XF's 4.2-liter V-8 has been replaced with new direct-injected 5.0-liter V-8s that offer more power. A new high-performance XFR model was added to the top of the range while the Supercharged model bowed out, only to return in late 2010 as a 2011 model with the new 5.0-liter supercharged V-8. A new Portfolio package for the Premium model adds more luxury touches including contrast stitching, suede headliner, a new wood veneer and deep-pile carpets.

The 2011 Jaguar XF is a clear departure from conventional Jaguar styling that boasts a solid mix of classic cues and modern designs that make the car a stand-out in any crowd. A bevy of large, stylish wheels complete the look.
Interior
The XF comes with strong luxury credentials including standard leather, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry and starting, a premium stereo with satellite radio and auxiliary inputs and heated seats.
Performance & Handling
The 385-horsepower 5.0-liter V-8 is as solid a base engine as you're going to find in the segment where the XF plays. Performance buffs will prefer the 510-hp supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 that powers the XFR, the returning Supercharged model offers a comfortable middle-ground with 470 horsepower. The XF's transmission offers several settings for various surfaces and performance.
