The 2011 Honda Odyssey brings a whole new look and feel to their minivan lineup. The Honda Odyssey was a best seller in the United States but they have been losing sales to other more recently updated models from other companies. The Grand Caravan is the main competitor and Honda has made their new minivan bigger and better than ever to compete. The exterior of the Odyssey makes a bold statement and the wider wheelbase offers some very impressive stability and offers the 3.5 liter V-6 engine makes for a very a very powerful ride. The Odyssey can seat up to 8 passengers and offers ample room for all. The Honda Odyssey comes in many different trim models and offers plenty of style effect and gadgetry to make the ride much more pleasurable for all the passengers.

Odyssey is all new and features a roofline 1.6- inches lower than previous models and track, 1.4-inches wider. The i-VTEC 3.5-liter V-6 is now mated to a six-speed transmission in Touring trim that makes Odyssey competitive with its rivals. This new transmission and Honda's variable cylinder management system help Odyssey achieve class leading fuel economy numbers. New range topping Touring Elite model makes its debut.
Exterior
The new Odyssey is lower, wider and significantly more angular, with a lightning bolt belt line which provides larger side window for the third row. The front end has smaller headlights and Honda's new corporate grill.
Interior
Honda covers the basics in impressive fashion, with many class leading storage solutions and tremendous interior room. Premiums include a powered tailgate, captains chairs, a chill chest, and ultra-wide video entertainment system for rear passengers.
Performance & Handling
Honda's smooth spinning 3.5-liter V-6 can run on as few as three cylinders to conserve fuel. It is mated to a new 6-speed transmission that improves both fuel economy and acceleration. Odyssey's track is now 1.4-inches wider than in previous models, which means more confident cornering. Touring Elite models get 18-inch wheels and 12.6-inch vented front brakes for even higher performance limits.
Safety
Three point seat belts are standard for all passengers as is traction and stability control. All outboard passengers have side curtain airbags, while the driver and front passenger have dual stage front and front side airbags.
