The 2011 Ford Super Duty is an all-new model that features a completely redesigned exterior plus and an all-new Powerstroke diesel V-8 that Ford designed in-house and features 735 pound-feet of torque. The Super Duty's 6.2-liter gasoline V-8 is new as well and features an integrated exhaust brake. Both are mated to a new 6-speed automatic transmission.

Interior
Super Duty upholstery choices consist of vinyl, cloth, and leather, with King Ranch models getting unique upholstery. Options include a navigation system, premium audio, and heated and cooled power front seats, and dual-zone climate control.
Performance & Handling
The SuperDuty's gasoline V-8 makes a solid 385 horsepower and 405 pound-feet, but its dwarfed by the 6.7-liter turbodiesel V-8 and its 390 horsepower and 735 pound-feet of torque. Max payload is 4,100 pounds for single rear wheel models, 6,520 pounds for duallys. Maximum towing capacity is 24,400 pounds when towing a fifth-wheel trailer, 16,000 pounds for conventional towing.
Safety
Dual front airbags are standard on the Super Duty, side and curtain airbags are optional. Traction and stability control are standard, as is trailer sway control, an integrated trailer brake controller, and hill descent control.
