The Jeep Grand Cherokee has been one of the most popular Jeep models for many years running. The Jeep Grand Cherokee was launched in 1990 and was one of the very first of all SUV models to hit the market. The Grand Cherokee has changed quite a bit from the first models. One of the most notable changes is the drastic body style changes. The initial Grand Cherokee body was very boxy and square, this rugged look has been altered many times through the years. The most recent body is not boxy at all and offers a very sleek style that makes it look much more modern.
The 2010 Grand Cherokee offers a choice of 2 different engines, the standard being the 5.7 liter V-8 that offers 357 horsepower and the other option is a 6.1 liter V-8 that brings a big 420 horsepower to the Grand Cherokee. Both engines are well equipped for a strong 4WD experience and are well matched with the included 5 speed automatic transmission. This Jeep offers a great ride on the road and is even more fun to drive off road.
